Good marketing does not just reach people, it needs to move them to act. That is what I’ve spent the last five years building toward: campaigns that connect the right message to the right audience at the right moment, whether that is a tradeshow registration email targeting C-Suite level executives in HVACR & plumbing, or a paid LinkedIn ad targeting a fleet manager in Quebec.

Background

I spent four years at Newcom Media as a marketing specialist in the shows division, managing social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and brand work across a portfolio of Canada's largest B2B tradeshows and conferences. My work spanned HVACR, trucking, meetings and events, fashion, and signs — industries that have very little in common except that they all needed their audiences found, engaged, and converted.

What that range gave me is the ability to adapt quickly. Every show had a different audience, a different channel mix, and a different competitive context. The skill was not just execution, it was knowing what to change and what to keep consistent across a diverse portfolio of brands and markets.

The work I am most proud of is the CMEE rebrand, a full visual overhaul I identified the need for, proposed, got executive sign-off on, and led end-to-end across digital and physical touchpoints. It is the clearest example of what I do best: seeing where a brand needs to go, and building the case and the work to get it there.
